What's a Salguod?

Salguod is just a guy trying to find his way in a post-modern, emergent Christian world with a pretty modern perspective. I've been a Christian since 1988, but I feel like I'm still figuring out what that means. I'm married, a father of 3 girls and a member of my church. Oh, and Salguod is just my name, Douglas, backwards (but you can call me Doug).

Style update

Tweaked the layout a bit. I don't quite get Cascading Style Sheets. Anyone reading this (either of the two of you :-) ) can give my an idea why the text of the body spills out the right side of the window? I've got some CSS and HTML learning to do! Getting closer to the look I want, though.

You're spilling over the right hand side because the set width of your site is beyond the width of your monitor's resolution (and mine, too). You need to locate the file for your main index template (which, from your current source seems to be called "styles-site.css") and look, in the source code, for a line similar to the following:

'width=480,height=480,scrollbars=yes,status=yes'

(I'm taking this from the source that calls up your comments window). This line should appear near the top of the file. You need to change the width to something smaller. Typically, I like to work with a site width of around 800 pixels, since that will be viewable on even older monitors with 800x600 resolution.

Hope this helps, and I hope I'm right.

Scripture references will be linked to BibleGateway (New International Version) after posting. Be sure to use periods with abbreviations (For example use Gen. not Gen for Genesis).
