DJ- we had one of these (59 chevy) in about 1966-67.
I still remember waxing the fins and the hood ornament. Wax on- Wipe Off. Kept thinking I was going to bonk my head on the fin. It was definitely the coolest car we ever had. Drove from shores of Lake Erie to Sarasota a couple times in it before I-75 was done. We traded it for an Impala station wagon. My retirement car is a 50's pickup. As they say Retirement is a ways off.
