As I was staring at this picture of my car on my desktop wall paper today, this site design popped into my head.
The new CSS design in MT 3.2 and Movalog's Style Generator helped me get here. There are still some bugs to work out, but what do you think?
Sweet look!
Thanks, that Style Generator at Movalog really make this kinda easy. I did have problems in that the way it looked in the style generator wasn't quite how it looked on my site, but I couldn't have gotten here without it.
The default stylesheet in MT 3.2 is really extensive and pretty complicated. It's 1024 lines long. I just don't understand stylesheets well enough yet, but I'm learning. There's an MT plugin that's supposed to allow simple swapping of styles, but my host has to upgrade a Perl module to get it to work. The documentation on it is very sparse too.
It's pretty close to what I want now, but not quite.
Keeps looking better and better. Could use a picture of a nice orange tractor though! :)
Would Jesus have a picture of a greenhouse-gas-emitting, rich-western-capitalist-produced, middle-east-crisis-inducing, materialist-individualism-promoting vehicle on his blog? I think not!
Forgive me if I am dense, but are you joking Virusdoc?
Pinakidion - Yeah, he's joking. At least he better be ...
'Doc - Maybe a better question is, If Jesus blogged, wouldn't he post more often then every other week? :-)
:)
