I just noticed that I passed a couple of blogging milestones this week.
My last QT entry was my 500th post here at salguod.net and Kieth's confession on my New Banner post was comment #1,500.
Pretty cool, eh?
That also means that my comments per post ratio is 3:1, which is up from about 2:1 in earlier days. I have the Unity Proposal and Kip McKean to thank for that. Anything I post about either of those generates plenty of discussion. Stories about skipping 11 year old boys? Nothing. UP or Kip's apology? Can read 'em fast enough.
You, too? :)
I checked after you wrote this and I have to go into the database to count comments, so I don't know how many of them I have. I do know that I have 554 posts. My 500th was "Saying Goodbye".
Now that I think about it, I wonder what 100 was for either of us.
Be back...
OK, you made me go look:
I confess that I have only fairly recently reached 300 posts.
I'm neither a prolific nor profound writer.
And now I am sad, so I will go stare at the picture of the $4 million dollar car, which makes me perversely happy in a completely selfish and covetous way.
Well, in the interest of full discosure, 114 of the 500 are my QT notes & 100 are salguod.net announcements.
Now who's the profcound writer? :-P
"profcound?!?"
Once again, proving my own point.
